All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Domestic Shipping

We offer standard shipping within the United States. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after your order has been processed.
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

International Shipping

MajesticZen ships internationally to select countries. Shipping times vary depending on the destination but generally range from 5-21 business days.
Customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply for international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free for orders over [amount]. For orders below this amount, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
Expedited and international shipping rates are based on the weight of your order and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages

MajesticZen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost, please contact the carrier with your tracking number for assistance.
If your package arrives damaged, please email us at support@majesticzen.com within 5 days with photos of the damage.

Returns  

We are happy to exchange or refund items if:‌‌

Are returned to us within 30 days
Are returned to us in perfect condition (we can only accept a return if it is unused)
If the product is faulty or damaged on arrival
Have been purchased directly online at www.majesticzen.com

How can I return my order?‌

In order for us to process your return as quickly as possible, please contact our customer care team to notify us of your intent to return.

2. A member of our Customer Care Team will email you a pre-paid returns label to affix to the exterior packaging. Drop this to your nearest collection point (details of which will be included in the email from Customer Service). ‌Please note – Returns labels are not included within the parcel.

Returns Information

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been processed, your refund/ exchange will be processed within 7 business days. We will notify you via email once this has been processed.

Additional Information

Please be advised that we are unable to take returns on products not purchased online at www.majesticzen.com. If you purchased a product at one of our authorized retailers please contact them directly.

‌Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection, please retain your proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. ‌

Products purchased as a set can only be returned as a complete set, not as individual items. ‌If a promotional gift has been included in your order, and a return is made reducing your qualifying total for this gift, the full order must be returned.

We are unable to exchange items received as a free gift. ‌When returning goods which you bought using a discount or offer, we will adjust the refund accordingly if you fall below the discount/ offer threshold, as that discount or offer will no longer apply. ‌

Exchanges

At MajesticZen, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help with easy and hassle-free exchanges.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, and with all tags attached.
Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Certain items, such as [list non-exchangeable items, e.g., "customized products, sale items, or intimate wear"], are not eligible for exchange.

How to Initiate an Exchange

Contact Us
- Email us at support@majesticzen.com with your order number and details about the item you'd like to exchange.
Approval & Instructions
- Once approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on where and how to return your item.
Ship Your Item
- Ship the item back to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Processing Your Exchange

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
Upon approval, the new item will be shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@majesticzen.com with photos and your order details.
We will cover shipping costs and expedite the replacement process.

Exchange for Store Credit

If you prefer, you can opt for store credit instead of exchanging for a new item. Store credit will be issued within 3-5 business days after your return is approved.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:
